On May 5, 2009, Dominique Fraser won in the Service category of the Québécois Entrepreneurship Contest, this time at the regional level.
Miss Fraser enthusiastically accepted the award, quoting the honourary chairman of the evening, Dominique Brown, President of Beenox: “To succeed you must have big dreams. At Sublim we aim high, and one day Chanel will be retouched in Quebec City!”… A tip of the hat that did not go unnoticed by the crowd.
Sublim is now a finalist at the national level, and is eligible for the contest’s grand prize.

On April 9, 2009, during the gala’s cocktail, Sublim was awarded the COUP DE COEUR of the evening prize, voted the favourite participant by the audience in attendance.

On April 6, 2009, the Caisse Desjardins de Beauport took advantage of its annual general meeting to present the finalists of the 3rd edition of the “Young Entrepreneurs, Go from dream to reality” contest.
The members who were present exercised the right to contribute to the selection of the winners.
Dominique Fraser was selected the grand prize winner in the New Generation Support category.

After being published in Zink Canada magazine in the Fall of 2009, images from the “Robots” series were awarded the CG Choice Award by the CG Society forum, a website recognized in the world of digital imaging. These two publications have given millions of people throughout the world a chance to see these images and appreciate them. They were re-published in the May issue of CG杂志 in China. Another great success for Sublim and all the designers involved in this eccentric project.
Art direction was provided by Mariev Rodrig, photography by Brian Ypperciel, styling by Jenn Finkelstein, makeup / hair by Nico GP and special effects and 3D were created by Sublim, in collaboration with Walee, a French 3D specialist. This mix of talent produced 4 magnificent images that are constantly being noticed around the world.
Acclaim for Sublim’s Robot series continues to grow thanks to two more profiles in international magazines. Nvision, a magazine that celebrates and examines the world of digital graphics ....
Sublim recently worked on Richard Bernardin’s photos of Canadian musician Nelly Furtado for Nakedeye magazine. The Canadian pop culture magazine profiled Ms. Furtado in the Fall 2009 issue.
